I am an independent Service Management Consultant with nearly 20 years of practical Service Management experience. I have provided consultancy to a wide range of organisations - large and small, public and private sector. I have carried out greenfield Service Management implementations, and taken failing organisations/departments and successfully turned them around.

As an accredited trainer in both ITIL^®and ISO/IEC20000 I have carried out training at all levels, both in-house and public courses, in the UK and Europe.
